If you are already a Member and have any questions, please call Member Services at 888-404-3549, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To have your issues addressed, please call during these normal business hours. You may leave us a non-urgent message after hours. Calls received after normal business hours will be returned the next business day. You can also send us a secure message through the Member Portal to request a new primary care provider or ask questions about ID cards, authorizations, or billing.

If you are a potential member interested in enrolling in the MedStar Family Choice Healthy DC Plan, go to HealthyDCPlan.com to see if you qualify.  You can also call the DC Health Link Contact Center at 855-532-5465 [TTY: 711], Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Free expert help is available and trained assisters can help you enroll.
