In the District of Columbia, we provide services to individuals eligible for the DC Healthy Families Medicaid plan and the new Healthy DC Plan.

DC Medicaid eligibility is changing on January 1, 2026. The new Healthy DC Plan can help residents stay covered with quality health insurance. The Healthy DC Plan is a quality health insurance plan for DC residents. There are no monthly payments and no costs when you get care. The Plan covers doctor visits, mental health care, prescription drugs, and more.
